Webmail Access
We provide a service called Webmail free of charge to all of our customers. Webmail is a web browser based interface that works pretty much like an email program. The only difference is that you only need Internet access and a web browser to use it.
The following URL is an example of how to access our basic Webmail services. Just replace the domain.com part with your own domain name and submit it through the address bar of your web browser.
http://mail.domain.com
Using the standard URL above, you have access to two Webmail programs:
Although the standard URL only gives you access to two Webmail programs, we actually offer four different Webmail programs for you to choose from.
You can access all four available Webmail programs using the following links. Just replace the domain.com part with your own domain name and submit it through the address bar of your web browser.
http://mail.domain.com/horde/
http://mail.domain.com/dwmail/
http://mail.domain.com/squirrel/
http://mail.domain.com/ajaxmail/
Lastly, we've also made available a custom script that you can upload to your website. This script makes accessing all four Webmail programs quick and easy. Just download the following file and extract it to the root directory of your website. You will then have a new folder called /mail.
You can access the script using the sample URL below. Just replace the domain.com part with your own domain name and submit it through the address bar of your web browser.
http://www.domain.com/mail
Download the Webmail Access PHP Script - (6KB)
(Script requires PHP on your website. Turn on PHP through Web Service in H-Sphere and choose PHP 5.x)
Windows ASP Component Test
If you would like to see the Windows ASP COM Server Objects installed on your web server, locate the IP address of your web server from the H-Sphere Control Panel (found under "Domain List") and replace <ipaddress> with your Windows server IP address.

FTP With a Web Browser
If you've turned on anonymous FTP service, you can reach that directory using the following URL.
Just replace the domain.com part with your own domain name and submit it through the Address Bar of your web browser.
ftp://ftp.domain.com
Alternatively, you can log directly into your FTP server from your web browser as well.
Just replace the <USER>, <PASS> with your own FTP Username and Password and replace the domain.com part with your own domain name and submit it through the address bar of your web browser.
ftp://<user>:<pass>@ftp.domain.com

MailFoundry Direct Access
If you would like to access the MailFoundry Administrative interface directly without using the control panel use the following URL:.
http://mf1.datavend.net
Then login with your credentials. In most cases, you can use your H-Sphere Control Panel Username and Password. Just prefix" MF1-" at the beginning of your username:
Username: bobjohnson
Password: Bobj749ty
Use:
Username: MF1-bobjohnson
Password: Bobj749ty
Optionally, there are optiions in the H-Sphere Control Panel to sync your H-Sphere Control Panel Username with MailFoundry so you do not need to add "MF1-" to it.
And you can also sync your domain name with MailFoundry so that you can access it like this:
http://mf1.domain.com
